The Challenge
Our client had a vision: an AI-powered platform that would genuinely help teachers with their daily work. Not another generic chatbot, but a specialised assistant that understood curriculum documents, could create lesson plans, manage classrooms, and support students with additional needs.
Two Years of "No"
For two years, they searched for someone who could build it. Agency after agency, developer after developer. Everyone said the same thing:
- "Too complex" The RAG system on curriculum documents was beyond their capabilities
